About this pipeline
All Task Plus notifications — task assignments, status changes, comments, reminders, and access invites — go through the same NexGen-managed Microsoft 365 mailbox (noreply@nexgts.com). This replaces the prior EmailJS integration, gives proper company-domain branding, and removes the 200-email/month free-tier limit.
Reply-to behavior: Recipients see noreply@nexgts.com as the sender, but the Reply-To header is set to the relevant person (task creator, comment author, etc.) so replies route to the right place.
